Maviance is Winner of the CANAL+ REX Challenge

Maviance Cameroon PLC has emerged winner of the 2019 Canal+ REX Challenge. The digital financial service provider beat four other contestants (Dreamworld, EMI Money, Express Union, and EC Active) to be crowned Best Seller by the French audio-visual group, Canal+ on January 14, 2020. In December 2019, Canal+ launched the REX Challenge aimed at attaining same sales target as per previous month for pay TV-re-subscription.

Hence, the winner was to achieve a 100% ROI (Return on Investment). Another objective of this challenge, according to Justine Zeinse Director of subscription at canal+ Cameroon, was to know the fastest-growing partner in the REX Canal+ network. It was, therefore, an opportunity for Canal+ TV subscription partners to showcase their sales ability.

According to Rolande Betiba Djonou in charge of subscription and special channels at Canal+, the challenge involved only REX (Reabonnement Express) top partners in Cameroon. “We owe this victory to our faithful distributors, agents, and consumers for trusting Smobilpay, the best utility bill payment solution. Be that as it may, our biggest thrill isn’t in winning but in simplifying bill payment with utmost security, zero delays, and 24/7 support to clients. We did it in 2019.
